The Upper East Region held its 65th Independence Day Anniversary in the Navrongo Municipality where various security services, students, pupils and some voluntary associations displayed their matching skills to the admiration of the gathering.
Hon. Stephen Yakubu, the Regional Minister addressed the celebrants on the national theme: “Working Together Bouncing Back Better”
The anniversary has international touch with a ten member delegation each from the Tone District of Savanna Region in the Republic of Togo led by Mr. Esso Pirénéwé and the Governor of South Central Region in Burkina Faso.
